CED will associate with the relevant technology institutions for providing hands on training to the prospective entrepreneurs. For the IT entrepreneurs the training will be given in the CED - IT Incubator Centre. The Fashion Garment Entrepreneurs will be trained at NIFT-TEA College of Knitwear Fashion, Tirupur. CED will conduct three general Entrepreneurship Development programmes during the current year 2008 – 2009 in the following places in Tamil Nadu: |

5.Faculty Development Programme (FDP): |

Government of India is promoting Entrepreneurship Development Initiatives in the colleges by establishing Entrepreneurship Development Cells (EDC) through grant-in-aid support from AICTE, Department of Science and Technology, etc. However, such initiatives will require faculty members with Entrepreneurship orientation to counsel and guide the students on Entrepreneurship / Self employment.
