CED is managed by a trust board consisting of eminent persons who are renowned academicians, retired bureaucrats, industry experts, etc. Currently, the following persons are guiding CED as trustees:
Prof.K.Aludiapillai, I.A.S. (Retd.)
Prof.K.Aludiapillai served as the Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu and he served in various departments such as Education, Commercial Taxes, Hindu Religious Endowments, etc. He has also served as the Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka. After retirement as Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, he assumed charge as Member Secretary of the Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education (TANSCHE) and the later became the Vice Chancellor of Madurai Kamaraj University. He has served in various committees of University Grants Commission, National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC).
Shri.V.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, I.P.S. (Retd)
Shri.V.R.Lakshmi Narayanan is the younger brother of Justice V.R.Krishna Iyer, the retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India. Shri.V.R.Lakshmi Narayanan served as the Director General of Police, Government of Tamil Nadu. Earlier he served as the Director of Centre Bureau of Investigation (CBI) of Government of India. He is a member of the Human Rights Commission and currently he is the Chairman of the Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan, an institution which has established schools all over India.
